Notes

'Fire Dragon' canna (Canna 'Fire Dragon') is a perennial for borders, containers, and accents. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. It blooms from early to late summer, and hummingbirds visit the flowers. It is also drought tolerant and salt tolerant.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, Culver’s root, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass.
