Notes

Fishbone fern (Nephrolepis cordifolia) is a fern for containers, ground cover, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows at a moderate pace and reaches 12 to 36 inches tall. It can spread 12 to 48 inches wide, so give it room. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Asiatic jasmine, Wax myrtle, and False shamrock.
