Notes

Florida silver palm (Coccothrinax argentata) is a tree for containers, low maintenance gardens, and xeriscapes. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is evergreen, drought tolerant, and salt tolerant, and it produces white blooms that attract birds.

Pairs well with Cabbage palm, Saw palmetto, and Slash pine.
