Fluxweed (Trichostema brachiatum) is an annual herb for naturalized plantings and wild gardens. It grows up to 16 inches tall and bears purple flowers. The flowers have short stamens that do not stick out past the petals. Its branching stems give it a loose, airy shape. You can pair it with taller plants that offer contrast.
