Notes

'Genova' dahlia (Dahlia 'Genova') is a bulb for borders, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. The ball-shaped blooms are white with lilac-purple striping and picotee tips. Protect the tubers from winter wet, or lift and store them in a cool, dry, frost free place.

Pairs well with Purple top, Lemongrass, and June hosta.
