Notes

'Globe Mixed' phlox (Phlox 'Globe Mixed') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Its fragrant blooms appear in spring, summer, and autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Eastern columbine, Little bluestem, and Nodding onion.
