Notes

'Going Bananas' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Going Bananas') is a perennial for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. The yellow blooms have a green throat and a sweet scent. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Nodding onion, and Sedge.
