Notes

'Stella de Oro' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Stella de Oro') is a perennial for borders, containers, rock gardens, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Fragrant yellow flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It sits low on the menu for rabbits. Drought and salt are both easy for this tough plant to handle.

Pairs well with Caradonna sage, Paprika yarrow, and Hardy geranium.
