Notes

Golden dewdrops (Duranta erecta) is a shrub for borders, hedges, containers, and privacy screens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its arching, evergreen stems carry gold and green leaves and grow at a rapid rate. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Shrimp plant, Mexican bush sage, Banana, and Papyrus.
