Great Indian plantain (Arnoglossum reniforme) is a perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This tall plant can reach 120 inches. Its white and green flowers appear from late spring into early autumn. It is native to the eastern United States. Plant it at the back of a bed, where its height will not block shorter plants.
