Notes

Hairy woodland brome (Bromus pubescens) is a grass for naturalizing and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). The plant reaches up to 60 inches tall. White and green flowers appear in mid to late summer. Give it room in a natural spot where the tall stems can sway.

Pairs well with Sensitive fern, Abiqua Drinking Gourd hosta, and American cranberrybush.
