Notes

'Abiqua Drinking Gourd' hosta (Hosta 'Abiqua Drinking Gourd') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It forms a mounding clump of blue leaves with white fragrant flowers, and it tolerates salt.

Pairs well with Lungwort, Little Hottie panicle hydrangea, and Thalia daffodil.
