Notes

'Halvose' daffodil (Narcissus 'Halvose') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Each stem carries 2 to 3 fragrant flowers with clear yellow petals and a wavy vermilion orange cup, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. P.D. Williams bred it.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Sundrops, and Coral Sunset peony.
