Notes

'Happy Centennial' border forsythia (Forsythia 'Happy Centennial') is a shrub for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Bees and birds visit the fragrant flowers in early to late spring. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It also tolerates drought and needs little care.

Pairs well with Green Velvet buxus, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Star Gazer lily.
