Notes

Ice plant (Drosanthemum floribundum) is a succulent for ground cover, containers, and xeriscape beds. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and dry, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms in spring and again in summer. The evergreen stems spread wide, so give it room, and it tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Arp rosemary, Chuparosa, and Blue paloverde.
