Notes

Indonesian gum (Eucalyptus deglupta) is a tree for low maintenance and xeriscape gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and average to wet soil of most types. It is evergreen and has fragrant white blooms that attract birds. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Jacaranda, Australian tree fern, and Giant granadilla.
