Notes
'Isabella Breitschwerdt' canna (Canna 'Isabella Breitschwerdt') is a bulb for borders, containers, accents, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. Salmon-rose flowers are slightly mottled with a deeper shade and sit above green leaves. Hummingbirds visit the blooms, and the plant is drought tolerant.
Pairs well with Swamp milkweed, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Virginia sweetspire.
