Notes

'Kinglet Mix' calendula (Calendula officinalis 'Kinglet Mix') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It grows well in cool weather and can ride out a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It forms a mounding clump 12 to 24 inches tall, and butterflies and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Aster, Love-in-a-mist, and Cosmos.
