Notes

'Lady Coral Lavender' aster (Callistephus chinensis 'Lady Coral Lavender') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and stands erect, reaching 24 to 30 inches tall. Lavender and coral blooms open in summer and again in autumn, and butterflies and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Supertunia Vista Fuchsia petunia, Double Zahara Cherry zinnia, and Red fescue.
