'Tower Blue' aster (Callistephus chinensis 'Tower Blue') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It grows well in cool weather and can ride out a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and stands erect. The violet, peony-type blooms attract butterflies and bees.
Pairs well with Double Zahara Fire zinnia, Charm peony, and Red fescue.
