Notes
'Lemon Pixie' lily (Lilium 'Lemon Pixie') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Lemon yellow blooms with red freckles in the throat open from early to late summer and smell sweet. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the flowers. E.A. McRae bred it in 1986.
Pairs well with Carnaval De Nice tulip, Little Lime panicle hydrangea, and Duchesse de Nemours peony.
