'Lemon Summer Squash' (Cucurbita pepo 'Lemon Summer Squash') is a vegetable for food gardens, borders, and containers. It is typically grown as an annual. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun. Vines can reach 72 to 84 inches tall, so give them room. Bees and butterflies visit it.
Pairs well with Habanero habanero pepper, Navy bean, Kent Beauty oregano, and Creeping thyme.
