Notes
'Lizard' spinach (Spinacia oleracea 'Lizard') is a vegetable for the food garden, containers, and shade garden. It is typically grown as an annual. Few crops handle cold as well, and with a little winter protection it grows on through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It grows at a rapid rate and reaches maturity in 28 days.
Pairs well with Parris Island lettuce, Redbor kale, and Fern Leaf dill.
