Notes

'Mahogany King' lily (Lilium 'Mahogany King') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant flowers are deep carmine red with a gold sheen and a yellow midrib. They open from early to late summer and draw butterflies and hummingbirds.

Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Little bluestem, and Quick Fire panicle hydrangea.
