Notes

'Mahogany' lily (Lilium 'Mahogany') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The deep, glowing crimson flowers have broad petals and are fragrant. They bloom from early to late summer and draw butterflies and hummingbirds.

Pairs well with Solomon's seal, Bobo hydrangea, Switchgrass, and Black Beauty peony.
