Notes

Majestic agave (Agave franzosinii) is a succulent for borders, hedges, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry, sandy or loamy soil. Hummingbirds and birds visit it, and it tolerates drought and salt. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Give it plenty of room, since it spreads wide.

Pairs well with American century plant, Narrow-leaf chalksticks, and Tuscan Blue rosemary.
