Notes

'Miss Lemon' glossy abelia (Abelia grandiflora 'Miss Lemon') is a shrub for hedges, borders, foundation plantings, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its arching branches carry fragrant pink and white blooms in spring, summer, and autumn, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Give it room, since it can reach about 4 to 5 feet tall and wide.

Pairs well with Diabolo Atlantic nine-bark, Fountain grass, and Ornamental onion.
