Notes

'Crown of Rays' goldenrod (Solidago 'Crown of Rays') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, meadows, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy or clay soil. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It stands 18 to 24 inches tall and spreads up to 18 inches. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it, and it tolerates drought.
