In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun. This Thai lime is grown for savoury dishes, desserts, and drinks. The fruit has a thin peel, abundant juice, intense acidity, and a strong aroma. It sets large fruit in clusters of 3 to 5 and begins producing at a young age.

Pairs well with Mango, Avocado, Tamarind, and Citronella grass.
