Notes

Parrot feather (Myriophyllum aquaticum) is a perennial for water gardens, pond edges, and wet spots. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows at a rapid rate and spreads by creeping, so give it room. The blue-green foliage attracts birds.

Pairs well with Blue star creeper, Burnet, and Aureola Japanese forest grass.
