'Pesto Perpetuo' basil (Ocimum ×africanum 'Pesto Perpetuo') is an herb for the food garden and annual bed. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and spreads 9 to 18 inches wide, so give each plant a little room.

Pairs well with Sunset Torch F1 tomato, Peione parsley, and Siberian kale.
