Notes

'Pleniflorus' bird’s foot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus 'Pleniflorus') is a perennial for ground cover and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It stays 3 to 6 inches tall, spreads 18 to 30 inches, and tolerates drought. Yellow flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early to mid autumn. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Hollyhock, Strawberry Hill rose, and Apricotta cosmos.
