Notes

'Apricotta' cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus 'Apricotta') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast into a clump of rose and apricot blooms that bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Marmalade black-eyed Susan, Hidcote lavender, and Lollipop purple top.
