Notes
'Pluto' canna (Canna 'Pluto') is a bulb for borders, containers, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. The orange-scarlet flowers are mottled with yellow toward the base, and the leaves are brown. Hummingbirds visit the blooms, and it tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Cardinal flower, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Autumn fern.
