Notes
Popcorn cassia (Senna didymobotrya) is a shrub for annual beds. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It bears yellow flowers and can reach a large size, so give it plenty of room.
Pairs well with Angel's trumpet, Blanket flower, and Lemon grass.
Native range
Southern India, Sri Lanka, Malesia, and tropical Africa.
