Notes

Prestige Scarlet celosia (Celosia 'Prestige Scarlet (cristata)') is an annual for cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and accents. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It blooms from early to late summer, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Cut stems for bouquets while the blooms are fresh.

Pairs well with Eveline dahlia, Laurentia, and Chocolate daisy.
