Notes

'Prince's Plume' Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop (Agastache 'Prince's Plume') is a perennial for mid borders, pollinator gardens, rock gardens, and xeriscape gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. Lavender flowers rise from deep pink calyces on tall, upright stems, and hummingbirds and bees visit them. Deer tend to browse other plants first. The calyces stay attractive after the flowers fade, and the leaves have an herbal scent.

Pairs well with Blonde Ambition blue grama, Sea holly, and Elfin mother of thyme.
