Notes
'Red Flare' dotleaf waterlily (Nymphaea 'Red Flare') is a perennial for containers and low maintenance water gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and moist, loamy or clay soil. The flowers are fragrant and attract bees. It spreads about 47 to 71 inches wide, so give it plenty of room.
Pairs well with Frozen Queen calla lily, Hong kong orchid tree, and Bamboo palm.
