'Red Riding Hood' anemone (Anemone 'Red Riding Hood') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its deep pink blooms open in spring, summer, and autumn, and butterflies and bees visit them. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows up to 18 inches tall and spreads 18 to 24 inches.

Pairs well with Star Gazer lily, Sweet William, and Ornamental onion.
