Notes

'Robinson's Giant Crimson' lake huron tansy (Tanacetum 'Robinson's Giant Crimson') is a perennial for sunny borders, containers, and cut flower gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full sun. Large, single red daisies with bright yellow centers bloom from early to late summer above ferny green leaves, and bees visit them. Remove spent flowers to encourage rebloom. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Rock soapwort, Red fescue, and Common juniper.
