Notes

'Rouge' daffodil (Narcissus 'Rouge') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The light yellow petals have pinkish orange overtones and surround a deep orange cup with a tightly frilled rim. Bees and butterflies visit the fragrant blooms. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Karl Rosenfield peony, Creeping thyme, and Nelly Moser clematis.
