Notes

'Silver Lace' society garlic (Tulbaghia violacea 'Silver Lace') is a perennial for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Its lilac-pink flowers are fragrant and appear in spring, summer, and autumn. The arching clumps grow 12 to 24 inches tall and tolerate drought and salt.

Pairs well with Silver sage, Purple top, and Mondo grass.
