Notes

'Single Orange' calendula (Calendula officinalis 'Single Orange') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The mounding plants have fragrant flowers that attract butterflies and bees. Blooms open in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Tidal Wave Purple petunia, Red fescue, and Zahara Starlight Rose zinnia.
