Notes
'Snowbank' California blackberry (Rubus 'Snowbank') is a shrub for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. White flowers open from early to late spring. Luther Burbank bred it in 1916. It gives good crops of translucent white fruit in August, and the berries taste like a black blackberry.
Pairs well with Blueberry, Chardonnay grape, and Granny Smith apple.
