Notes

Stonecrop (Sedum lineare) is a perennial for rock gardens, ground cover, borders, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Its green evergreen leaves spill over walls and edges in a cascading mat. Yellow flowers open in spring and again in summer, and butterflies and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Ice plant, and Red spider lily.
