Notes

'Stony Brook' daffodil (Narcissus 'Stony Brook') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It grows 3 to 6 inches tall and bears fragrant white petals around a yellow trumpet in spring. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Winter aconite, Black Hero tulip, and Sedge.
