Notes

'Summer Snowflake' Japanese snowball (Viburnum plicatum 'Summer Snowflake') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast into a dense shrub, so give it plenty of room to spread. Bees, butterflies, and birds visit it, and the leaves turn color in fall.

Pairs well with Virginia sweetspire, Amur maple, Indian grass, and Bluebell.
