Notes

'Tae Bo' dahlia (Dahlia 'Tae Bo') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. The red blooms reach about 123 mm wide, with reddish orange outer florets and vivid red inner florets. Plants stand about 28 inches tall and bring butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees to the garden. E. van Dongen bred it in 2003.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Purple top, and Red spider lily.
