Notes

'Tahiti Sunrise' dahlia (Dahlia 'Tahiti Sunrise') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The purple-red blooms open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. G. Cox bred it.

Pairs well with Cloud Nine switchgrass, Blue Fortune Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop, and Black-eyed Susan.
