'Tai-haku' cherry (Prunus 'Tai-haku') is a tree for borders, containers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late autumn. Bees and birds visit it, and it needs little care.

Pairs well with Bridal wreath spiraea, Shasta daisy, and Autumn fern.
